NUMERICAL CONTROLS - DNC -
The numerical control mod. SINTESI is standard on press brakes PHB series.
Entirely designed and builted in our factory, SINTESI is a not-graphic numerical control with a max. of four digital (Y1, Y2, X, R) and one analogical axes (P). When more than 4 axes and graphic system are needed, the press brake can be supplied with CYBELEC or ESA direct numerical control.

NUMERICAL CONTROL mod. SINTESI
SINTESI is fully designed and builted in our factory. It can control from 2 to 4 digital axes (Y1, Y2, X, R) and 1 analogic axis (P).
Main features are the following :
. LCD display 4 lines for 20 retroilluminated characters.
. Direct dialogue between operator and DNC.
. Programming and storage of the characteristics of 30 upper dies and 30 bottom dies.
. Mono or duplex approaching (clearance recovery).
. Anticollision of axes controlled by means of software.
. Storage of axes position in case of short or prolonged interruption of feeding net.
. Dinamic menu'.
. Direct programming of bending angle after introducing data covering lenght, thickness and strenght
of the sheet to be bent and geometric data of the used tools.
. Menu' page for the access to all other pages.
. Automatic calculation of bending capacity.
. Non-volatile pieces memory having capacity of 300 steps.
. Error message and control of programmed data by operator.
. Possibility of duplex connection with PC IBM or compatible for the programming with calculation
of the piece on PC.

BACK GAUGES
All the press brakes PHB series can be equipped with a back gauge.
The axes of a back gauge are the following :
X axis : horizontal approach and return of the stops
R axis : vertical approach and return of the stops
Z axis : stops movement over the back gauge bar
Available back gauge are the following :
SN/SNG type
Powered back gauge with grinded ball screws and beam adjustable either in transverse or vertical way to allow its perfect alignment to axis and bending plan. NC controlled.
- X axis: NC controlled. C.C. servomotor, accuracy +/- 0,1 mm, speed 175 mm/sec. , stroke mm. 650.
- R axis: NC controlled. C.C. servomotor, accuracy +/- 0,1 mm, speed 50 mm/sec. , stroke mm. 150.
- Z axis: manual adjustment.
SNX12R/SNGX12R type

Powered back gauge with grinded ball screws. NC controlled.
- X12 axis: NC controlled. C.C. servomotor, accuracy +/- 0,1 mm, speed 420 mm/sec. , stroke mm. 750.
- R12 axis: NC controlled. C.C. servomotor, accuracy +/- 0,1 mm, speed 140 mm/sec. , stroke mm. 200.
- Z12 axis: NC controlled. C.C. servomotor, accuracy +/- 0,1 mm, speed 1800 mm/sec.

THROAT DEPTH
The press brakes OMAG PHB series from 600 to 3000 kN can be builted with a throat depth of 500 mm instead of the standard one.

HYDRAULIC ANTI-DEFLECTION DEVICE
The press brakes PHB series can be equipped with an anti-deflection device hydraulically operated and connected witn DNC. This device allows to compensate the deflection either the bed or the table. A correct use of this system can reduce the bending error due to the wear of the tools and to the natural deflection either the bad or the table . We suggest the use of this device on the press brakes from 4000 to 7500 kN.

MECHANICAL ANTI-DEFLECTION DEVICE
The press brakes PHB series can be equipped with an anti-deflection device mechanically operated and connected witn DNC. This device allows to compensate the deflection either the bed or the table. A correct use of this system can reduce the bending error due to the wear of the tools and to the natural deflection either the bad or the table . We suggest the use of this device on the press brakes from 600 to 3000 kN.

TOP TOOL ANTI-DEFLECTION DEVICE
The press brakes PHB series can be equipped with a top tool anti-deflection device manually adjusted. This device, joint to the anti-deflection device above mentioned, allows to further improve the bending accuracy.
We suggest to use this system, together with mechanical or hydraulic system, when a very high bending accuracy is needed.

HYDRAULIC CLAMPING
The press brakes PHB series can be equipped with an hydraulic clamping of the top tool. The control of this device is set on the electric cabinet.
Fast replacement of the upper tool is possible turning the proper selector placed on the control panel.
We suggest this system to customers needing frequently toolings change.

WORKING AREA LIGTHING
The press brakes PHB series can be equipped with working area ligthing. Its function is to light the area where the operator works.

SLIDING FRONT SUPPORTS
The press brakes PHB series can be equipped with three different type of front supports :
-MA2 Front arm for sheet laying with millimetre scale and lateral nuts
-SAM/1 Front arm for sheet laying, manual longitudinal sliding, vertical adjustment by mean of hadwheel, millimeter scale and lateral nuts.
-SAM/2 Front arm for sheet laying, manual longitudinal sliding, vertical adjustment by mean of hadwheel, millimeter scale, lateral nuts and sliding balls.
-SAMP N° 2 front bending supports with movement by D.C. motor, manual longitudinal sliding by quote display, vertical adjustment by mean of handwheel. Metal plate support with brush and holder shafts. Dimensions 350 x 900 mm. with possibility of retracting extension dimensions 120x1500 mm. Maximum using angle 0 – 60°.
The control is carried out by numerical control and for this reason every couple of support bending represent 2 axes of DNC.

ALTERNATIVE SAFETY DEVICES
The press brakes PHB series can be builted according to the European safety rules. Instead of the standard devices, these press brakes can be equipped with :
- Multiray laser ( six rays in total ) instead of the double-push button
- Real light curtain instead of the back gate.
