Numerical Control CPC123
CPC123 is a numerical control for conventional press brakes and shears designed in our factory. This device is able to control from 1 to 3 axes, Y, X and R. Easy use and direct dialogue between operator and NC allow complicated pieces bending. At the starting the completed autodiagnostic grants an excellent reliability during the working operation. CPC123 is composed by mother-card on which is set the CPU and all the necessary components for the controls of Y, X and R axes. It is possible to store 300 different bends divided into 99 programs whith a maximum length of 99 bends. During the creation of a program the Numerical Control itself leads the operator and points out the possible mistakes.The position of the axes are checked in real time to avoid collisions. The instruction manual, simple and rich of practical examples, is supply with the machine and we recommend to read it.

Back gauge
All the press brakes EPB series can be equipped with a back gauge.
The axes of a back gauge are the following :
X axis : horizontal approach and return of the stops
R axis : vertical approach and return of the stops
Z axis : stops movement over the back gauge bar
Available back gauge are the following :
SNX TYPE
Powered back gauge with cold-formed screws and beam adjustable either in transverse or vertical way to allow its perfect alignment to axis and bending plan. Front read-out by mechanical indicator.
- X axis: self breaking A.C. motor, speed mm/sec. 70, stroke mm. 650.
- R axis: manual adjustment, stroke mm. 150
- Z axis: manual adjustment, tilting stops.
SNXRV TYPE
Powered back gauge with cold-formed screws and beam adjustable either in transverse or vertical way to allow its perfect alignment to axis and bending plan. Front read-out by electronic disply.
- X axis: self breaking A.C. motor, speed mm/sec. 70, stroke mm. 650.
- R axis: self breaking A.C. motor, speed mm/sec. 40, stroke mm. 150.
- Z axis: manual adjustment, tilting stops.
SNXR TYPE
Powered back gauge with cold-formed / ball screws and beam adjustable either in transverse or vertical way to allow its perfect alignment to axis and bending plane. NC controlled.
- X axis: NC controlled, self breaking A.C. motor, speed mm/sec. 70, stroke mm. 650.
- R axis: NC controlled, self breaking A.C. motor, accuracy +/- mm. 0,2, speed mm/sec. 40, stroke mm. 150.
- Z axis: manual adjustment, tilting stops.

Bending angle adjustment
The press brakes EPB series up to 3500 kN are equipped with a manual bending angle adjustment. It is possible to fit the machine with motorized bending angle adjustment. The position of the bottom dead point can be read by :
- mechanical read-out
- electronic display
- NC model CPC123
The press brake model EPB 400 and EPB 500 are equipped with powered bending angle adjustment connected with NC model CPC123 at one axis.

Anti-deflection device
The press brakes EPB series can be equipped with an anti-deflection device manually adjusted. This device allows to compensate the deflection either the bed or the table. A correct use of this system can reduce the bending error due to the wear of the tools and to the natural deflection either the bad or the table .

Top tool anti deflection device
The press brakes EPB series can be equipped with a top tool anti-deflection device manually adjusted. This device, joint to the anti-deflection device above mentioned, allows to further improve the bending accuracy.
We suggest to use this system, together with the anti deflection table, when a very high bending accuracy is needed.

Sliding front supports
The press brakes EPB series can be equipped with two different type of front supports :
-MA2 Front arm for sheet laying with millimetre scale and lateral nuts
-SAM Front arm for sheet laying, manual longitudinal sliding, vertical adjustment by mean of hadwheel, millimeter scale and lateral nuts.

Top die clamping
The press brakes EPB series can be equipped with divided top die clamping to allow the use of top tools different from the standard ones.

Alternative safety devices
The press brakes EPB series can be builted according to the European safety rules. Instead of the standard devices, these press brakes can be equipped with :
- Multiray laser ( six rays in total ) instead of the double-push button
- Real light curtain instead of the back gate.

The press brakes EPB series from 500 to 3500 kN can be builted with a throat depth of 305 mm instead of the standard one.
